Use restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the system
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
• Reproduce or distribute content without authorization

Intellectual property

All content on the Maintlys platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, artificial intelligence algorithms and software, is the property of Maintlys or its licensors and is protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

Maintlys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error free or secure.

Changes to these terms

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Sao Paulo, SP.
